At Pokka Pens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your compact writing gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your pens are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our online store within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
